1. Refund Rights

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all our digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of transaction — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

• Your request is made within 14 days of purchase.
• The product has a technical defect that prevents its use.
• The purchase was a result of a technical error or a duplicate transaction.

3. Process

All refund requests are handled through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Please send your request and order ID to aicreatorguide@proton.me. Once approved, the refund will be processed by Paddle back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
